ROOMS & AMENITIES
Both of our cottages have a
spacious verandah and old-stone deck, with unobstructed views of picturesque Moss Town
Creek. Wooden furniture and trim, along with tropical accents, complement the garden
environment.
There are two bedrooms and
two bathrooms in each unit. The garden floor bedroom has a King-size bed; the loft bedroom
a Queen-size bed. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and there are also telephones and hair
dryers in each unit.

(May 1, 2000 to Dec. 15, 2000) US$1,000.00
per week
Winter Season
(Dec. 16, 2000 to April 15, 2001) US$1,200.00
per week
Extra person charge
is $200.
Maximum number of persons per cottage is four (4), excluding infant.
Roll-away beds, cots and cribs are available on request. Children under 16 are free, with
a minimum of one parent/guardian.
 NOTE:
A $250.00 per cottage
deposit is required at time of booking. Once deposit is received, vacation price is
guaranteed.
- Full payment is due 45 days prior
to departure, or booking is subject to cancellation.
- Cancellations received up to 45
days prior to departure are subject to $125 per cottage handling charge. No refunds for
cancellations 30 days or less prior to departure.
- Cottages subject to 6% Government
tax and 4% resort levy per night.
- Housekeeping is available, upon
request, at $40.00 per day; Laundromat service is also available.
MEALS & DINING
 
The full-service kitchen in each cottage
includes pots and pans, dinnerware and cutlery, a toaster, coffee maker and a dining area.
Groceries and other items are available
at a nearby location, as well as in downtown Georgetown.
